General Rules
• I have the right to decline your commission without any further justification.• Please pay AFTER I send a sketch of your commission. Sometimes I will go ahead and finish your commission without sending a sketch; if so, you are more than welcome to ask for any changes (as long as they aren’t unreasonable)! You can also request to pay upfront (more info in “Payment” section below), though it’s not preferred.• Provide a clear reference of your character when commissioning me. Several references and/or a link to the characters Toyhouse is appreciated since it gives me a more accurate overlook of the design!• Do not commission me if you don’t already have the money or you’re going to spend it before I finish. You will be black-listed!• I will draw complex characters to some extent, but it may cost extra. Please note that I do not enjoy drawing overly complex characters or characters with lots of gradients.• As the creator of the artwork, I hold copyright over it. I am allowed to use the artwork to promote myself and display it/post it on public forums unless stated otherwise. Though, you can to ask me not to post your commission for personal/privacy reasons.• Credit me whenever displaying the artwork on public forums; do not claim the artwork as your own (this is a legal offense).• Keep my artwork away from AI. Do not run my art through AI nor post it on a forum that will (Instagram is the only exception). Additionally, please don’t post my artwork if it isn’t watermarked.

Payment
USD only. I accept payment through PayPal, Kofi, and Venmo. I will expand to other forums soon (Apple Pay, Zelle, etc.). Please note that PayPal and Kofi will have a $2.00 transaction fee (ex. if you send $20, I will only receive around $17-$18 due to PayPal’s policies surrounding business accounts).The vast majority of all proceeds will go directly into a savings account for future housing. The rest will go towards necessities like food and pet care. A very small portion will towards wants such as commissioning other artists.

Process
If you are interested in commissioning me, DM me on instagram! You can also message me on Discord if preferred (my user is Intyaxl). We’ll discuss your order, any details, and payment will be sent afterward you receive a sketch.You can request to pay upfront, but please note if you’re paying through PayPal/Kofi and you request a refund, you will only receive the amount I was given after the transaction fee (ex. if you pay $20, I’ll receive $17-$18; that is the money I have to refund you with).If your preferred payment method is PayPal, I will send you an invoice via email.

Cancelling & Refunding Policy
I have the right to cancel your commission if:• you are disrespectful.
• you excessively ask me about my progress on your commission.
• you fall under the category of someone from my DNI list.
• there are personal complications (mental health, workload, etc.)
• you have a history of tracing/art theft, AI usage, etc.—You may not receive a refund if:• I have already finished the artwork.
• you are disrespectful towards me.
• you commission me with stolen characters/art.
• you feed my art through AI/any involvement of AI.
